**Job Vacancy: Customer Service Representative (KLIA 2)**

**Location: KLIA 2, Sepang, Malaysia**

**Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent**

**Intake Date: 10 March 2025**

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate counter at Airports to perform Foreign Currency Exchange & Money Transfer
- Manage significant amounts of cash in various currencies.
- Drive sales leads and introduce products to customers.
- Identify and evaluate customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Deal with client complaints, offer suitable answers and alternatives in a timely manner, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Adhere to communication protocols, rules, and regulations.
- To meet individual and team goals, go above and beyond in interacting with customers

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM and/or Diploma holder.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Able to work in shift rotation and at Airport (KLIA2)
- Good command of written and spoken English (Cantonese or Mandarin will be an advantage).
- Good customer service skills along with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-initiative, positive, commercial and good time management.
- Immediately available will be an advantage.
- Added advantaged to those that have experience with customer services and cash handling

**Salary Package**:

- Basic: RM2,100
- Transportation Allowance: RM200
- Shift Allowance: RM200 (Applicable to those who work for night shift)
- Commission (150-200 in a month)
- OT is provided

**Benefits**:

**Working Hours**
- Monday to Sunday (5 days work & 2 days off on rotation)
- Permenent shift 8 hours work + 1 hour break (Can Choose)
- Morning shift 6am to 3pm
- Noon shift 2pm to 11pm
- Night shift 10pm to 7am

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
