- Comfortable using DSLR or mirrorless cameras for both photo and video
- Familiarity with editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
- Creative eye and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of audio for video (e.g., using external mics or sound syncing) is a plus
- Experience shooting short-form content (e.g., Reels, TikToks, YouTube) is a big bonus
- Ability to take direction, adapt quickly, and collaborate in a team
