Spa Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist guests warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
- Promote and upsell spa treatments and retail products based on guest needs.
- Perform spa treatments such as massages, facials, and body therapies according to established protocols when required.
- Assess guests’ preferences and recommend suitable treatments to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic environment in both the reception area and treatment rooms.
- Monitor inventory levels of spa products and ensure treatment rooms are properly stocked and ready.
- Handle guest feedback or complaints gracefully, ensuring guest satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure a high level of service and smooth daily operations.

**Requirements**:

- Certification or diploma in massage therapy or related wellness treatments.
- Good understanding of various spa therapies and customer service best practices.
- Well-groomed, with a professional demeanor and good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to multitask effectively and adapt between receptionist and therapist duties as needed.
