Kitchen Helper

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:

- Minimum SPM or its equivalent.
- Age must be 18 years old and above
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- No criminal record
- No visible tattoo or piercing
- Fully vaccinated with COVID 19
- Must have pleasant appearance
- Prior experience in food handling is desirable
- Must be able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Prepare food and beverage menu in accordance with defined standards and recipes.
- Clean and prepare all basic food items.
- Handle, store, label, and rotate all products properly and in accordance with instructions and food handling regulations.
- Keeping your station area clean and tidy.
- Assist to open/close the kitchen properly and follow the opening/closing checklist for kitchen stations.
- Promptly report food quality or shortage problems to Manager.
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Manager.
- Follow and comply with all health and sanitation procedures. Adhere to safe work practices.
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by Manager.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

- Sepang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Kitchen Staff: 1 year (preferred)
