**Job Highlights**:

- R&D technicians are responsible for assisting engineers in assembling prototypes and perform experiments.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Perform and monitor experiments based on the test plan and record the experimental outcomes. Technicians are not expected to perform analysis of the experimental results.
- Help troubleshoot problems with mechanical components & electrical components.
- Help keep the R&D room organized and tidy. This includes sorting, storing and keeping records of components and fasteners.
- Provide feedback on prototype design to engineers, such as assembly issues etc.
- Help train other technicians in production on assembly process.
- Any others job assigns by engineers.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduate or 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to understand technical drawings and written work instructions (written in English).
- Being organized and able to keep their workplace and their work neat and tidy.
