Toolroom Supervisor/toolmaker

Involve from new product development stage, coordinate and manager engineering build, preproduction build (SOP)
- Ensure all tooling matrix and material list are updated. Ensure accurate information is provided to every related department.
- Need to compile the Technical file to obtain relevant approval and kept as per defined retention period.
- To compile and update tooling risk management to ensure all tooling are reliable and robust for production.
- Conduct tooling buyoff activity.
- Prepare tool incident report, tooling matrix, Final Tool Approval (FTA), Tool Repair Requisition Report (TRRR). Tool Transfer Notification (TTNF) to customer on time.
- To evaluate new tooling from mould maker before mass production at moulders, access capability and capacity vs. quoted cycle time.
- To review the process and cycle time of molding and assembly, both in house and at sub-cons.
- Handle and liaise daily tooling issue with relevant department.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
