They are seeking a highly motivated and organized **Catering Operations Executive** to join their team. This role involves coordinating full-service catering events, managing logistics and operations, and supporting the team on-site to ensure seamless event execution. Position: Catering Operations Executive

Location: Kota Damansara PJ

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage equipment pack-outs and ensure all event needs are organized and complete.
- Liaise with clients during event days to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in on-site event set-up, including transporting supplies and equipment.
- Lead and implement improvements for order-to-delivery systems in catering operations.
- Collaborate with interns and operational staff to deliver high-quality service.
- Perform daily operational duties and tasks as part of the Catering Operations Team.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of all areas within the catering facility.
- Adapt to flexible and time-sensitive event schedules and responsibilities.

**Requirements**:

- Professional Certificates/ Diploma/ Advanced Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in F&B Management is an advantage (1 year preferred).
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask, take initiative, and demonstrate leadership qualities.
- Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible schedules.
- Well-organized and capable of working independently.
- Possess a valid car or van driving license.
- Own transport is required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Remuneration packages:

- **Basic Salary**: RM2,000/month
- **Event Allowance**: RM50 per event
- **Total Monthly Income Potential**: Up to RM3,500
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS

**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday: 9am - 5.30pm; Saturday half day

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
