We are a reputable local contractor firm seeking a skilled and experienced QS to join our team. As A Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects. If you have a strong background in quantity surveying, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results, we would like to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
- Conduct accurate and detailed cost analysis for materials, labor, and equipment.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure proper cost control and monitor project expenses.
- Evaluate contractor's claims and prepare progress payment reports.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, and variations in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Perform regular site visits and measurements to assess progress and validate work quantities.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and resolve any contractual issues.
- Keep updated on industry trends, regulations, and pricing to provide accurate cost advice and recommendations.
- Prepare final accounts and handle post-construction evaluations.

**Requirements**:

- Min 2 years experience as QS in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, cost control, and project management.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, as the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders is advantaheous.
- Possession of a valid driving license is a must, as the role may require travel to project sites.
- Execellent numerical and analytical skills, with attention to details.
- Strong communication and nefotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software.
