Al-Ikhsan Sports Sdn Bhd is Malaysia’s No. 1 sports retailer which is primarily involved in the retail of sports footwear, apparel and equipment. **PURPOSE **The core purpose of Al-Ikhsan Sports is to keep Malaysia fit and active by making sports affordable for all.

**MISSION **Al-Ikhsan Sports mission is to dominate the sporting goods landscape by engaging deeper and creating strong ties over 20 million sports lovers of Malaysia.

**1. **JOB SUMMARY**

Manage and handling Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities in carrying out basic responsibilities such as to develop a good relation for both internal employees and publics, sharing a beneficial knowledge to both parties as well as to form a marketing strategy indirectly involving to educational institutions.

**2. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**2.1 **Using internal communication to reinforce the company’s social responsibility policies.

**2.2 **Reaching out to the public via PR and marketing to deliver the message of company’s commitment to social responsibility.
- Entrepreneur’s workshop
- Convey the contribution/donation by delivering various assistance to the needy public
- Sharing a beneficial knowledge to the internal employees and public

**2.3 **Working on company branding strategies with the marketing department.
- Use social media as a platform to create awareness on the activities of CSR to publics
- Use social media in shaping public understanding of the business that companies play in forming powerful personality, character, and moral (sahsiah)

**2.4 **Attracting new talent and collect data base client for future use.
- To assist HR to identify a potential employees during CSR’s program.
- To use for marketing purpose.

**2.5 **Educate and give motivation to outlet and HQ staff about Human Capital (Sahsiah).
- To assist HR to train our employess to be a good staff
- Visit outlet program

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in any related Syariah courses

**5. **YEARS OF EXPERIENCE**

0-2 Years

**6. **SKILLS REQUIRED**

**6.1** Beginner level of Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point

**6.2** Able to talk, present & motivate in front of crowds

**6.3** Superior oral and written communication skills

**6.4 **High level of detail-orientation and the ability to work independently

**6.4** Eye for detail and keenness to improve

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
