**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Vehicle Sales**:

- Promote and sell a range of Toyota vehicles to prospective customers.
- Work proactively to meet or exceed the monthly and annual sales targets set by UMW Toyota Motor.
- Provide detailed information and advice on Toyota vehicle features, benefits, and pricing.

**2. Customer Database Development**:

- Identify and approach new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive customer database to support ongoing sales efforts and future marketing initiatives.

**3. Loan and Financing Assistance**:

- Liaise with financial institutions to ensure efficient and timely loan approvals.

**4. Trade-In Services**:

- Assist customers interested in selling or trading in their existing vehicles.
- Coordinate vehicle inspections and provide fair trade-in evaluations in line with market value.

**5. Demo Vehicle Management**:

- Ensure demo cars are always well-maintained, clean, and presentable for test drives and marketing events.
- Coordinate regular servicing and inspections to maintain demo fleet readiness.

**6. Event Participation**:

- Actively participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and showroom events organized by the company.
- Represent the brand professionally and engage effectively with event attendees to generate sales leads.

**7. Customer Engagement and Service**:

- Maintain a positive, courteous, and helpful attitude at all times—both in the showroom and during field activities.
- Deliver outstanding pre
- and post-sales service to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**8. Follow-Up and After-Sales Support**:

- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to provide updates on vehicle delivery, service appointments, or promotions.
- Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a seamless after-sales experience.

**9. Ad-Hoc Duties**:

- Undertake any other assignments as required.
- Perform additional duties assigned by superiors when necessary.

**Qualifications for Sales Advisor**
- Minimum SPM OR equivalent related experience.
- Compulsory to have D class of driving license and possess own transport.
- Fluent in English/Malay (writing & communication).
- Driven personality preferred.
- Must be hands on, details oriented and dedicated.
- Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.
- Ability to interact with all levels of people to address arising issues.
- Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.
- Good TikTok knowledge and content creation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
