- Support marketing team in assigned project based work
- Responsible for the creation and implementation of marketing plan and strategy which shall not only be limited to audio visual as well as media advertising for the recruitment of students.
- Contributing to and developing continuous marketing plans and strategies ahead of competitions.
- Handling and managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletter and e-newsletters and DVDs.
- Maintaining and updating student databases.
- Ensure responsibility and compliance with Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK) requirements on all matters concerning students’ course study.
- To handle administrative functions or secretarial duties in support of the departmental heads and Training Manager professionally in all matters pertaining to the College particularly students’ affairs.
- Performing general administrative, clerical duties to include but not limited to filing, faxing, photocopying and dispatching.
- Assumes the duties and/or responsibilities of subordinate personnel/s when necessary
