**RESPONSIBLE**
- Manage the daily activities of housekeeping department such as appropriate cleaning of the common area, such as washroom, public area, corridor and etc.
- To supervise daily cleaning on the ground including daily events, pre and post events.
- To determine and maintain a work schedule to notify staff of upcoming events.
- Manage the staff performance and monitor the standard of work of the outsourced cleaning company.
- Act upon all customer's comments/complaints in a prompt and friendly manner.
- Coordinate inspection or inspect assigned areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
