**Employment Type**: Full-time / Contract

**About the Role**

We are looking for a dedicated **Construction Supervisor** to lead and oversee daily site operations. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise workers and subcontractors on-site.
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients.
- Plan and allocate resources, materials, and equipment.
- Resolve site issues and ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes & safety regulations.
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read drawings/blueprints and manage site work.
