Job description:

- Responsible for annual internal audit and management review
- To liaise with Factory Manager and also management in operation and production.
- Master in all equipment and machinery handling and production process.
- Review raw materials, packaging materials, chemicals and service providers documents to maintain supplier assurance program
- Maintain QA/FSMS database, document update and control system
- Create, evaluate and oversee production process efficiency from time to time.
- Plan daily production and preparation of raw material and ensure product produced according to schedule.
- To monitor product quality / food safety by doing the on-line quality control inspection during the production run prior packing the products
- To ensure that the working area, machinery and/or equipment's are kept cleaned at all times and followed the working instruction and ensure that all machinery are maintained according to schedule and kept in good condition
- To maintain all forms and records of production output and disposal materials.
- To search and arrange workers for production activities during overtime.
- To undertake other related jobs as may be directed by the Superior from time to time
- To liaise with local authority like JAKIM, KKM and etc if necessary
- To ensure daily QA procedures, ensuring all incoming and outgoing finished products are inspected according to QC checklist prior to final delivery and shipment.
- To maintain QC records and ensure closure of all processes and product non-conformities detected in non-conformance report.
- To liaise with production department in any quality programme or quality issue.
- Any related tasks assigned by management

Requirement:

- Minimum diploma/degree in relevant field.
- Have experience in handling the process of requesting for HACCP, GMP, MeSTI,and Halal cert.
- Min 5 years working experience in Food Manufacturing field.
- Good computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
