Chief Mechanic

Responsible to oversee all range of workshop repairs and maintenance activity, monitor work progress and work quality to ensure it met the company’s standard
- Plan, organize and manage the maintenance and services of vehicles and heavy machineries
- To provide training and development to subordinates to improve knowledge and skills of workshop team
- To train and guide the workshop team in identifying and analyzing mechanical condition of the vehicle and machinery
- To inspect internal system and control to ensure the vehicle and machinery is operating properly by using diagnostics tools and methodology
- Monitor the ongoing condition of workshop tools and equipment, arrange for the purchase and replenishment of spare part/ tool required
- Monitor the processing of complaints and process major or complicated complaints if there is any
- Any other ad hoc task as and when assigned by Management

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least diploma in relevant field of study
- At least 4-6 years of working experience in related field
- Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Possess advance knowledge of heavy machinery/ vehicle repair and maintenance
- Possess good leadership and communication skill
- Willing to relocate and to be based in Tatau, Sarawak

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
