We are looking for Wellness Consultant cum Customer Care to join our health supplement company and drive our online and offline growth. If you are passionate about holistic wellness and have a proven track record in health & nutrition industry, we want to hear from you**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
_
- Provide Health Screening & Consultation to Mandarin speaking customers.
- Perform Customer Service duties both online and offline and engage with customer via live chat/telemarketing.
- Able to provide wellness and nutritional advice effectively to individuals like walk-in customers and online inquiries.
- Passionate in persuade & convince people to change their diet/lifestyle to achieve good health.
- Able to build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs & objectives.
- Good public speaking skills will be an added advantage.
- Actively engage in company outdoor activities, marketing campaigns, road shows as and when needed.**REQUIREMENTS**:
_
- Work location : Petaling Jaya (staff hostel provided-walking distance)
- Handling Mandarin speaking customers.
- Possesses good persuasive and listening skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively, and self-motivated.
- Academic training will be provided by Wellness Academy on nutrition knowledge.
- Able to work in a KPI oriented environment & result driven.
- Must be willing to travel and work during weekends.
- Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,900.00 per month
