**Responsibilities**:
- To perform day to day general administrative tasks
- Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
- Handle clients’ inquiries and provide assistance
- Monitor documents despatch and received
- Recording documents flow and filing
- Responsible for administrative and accounting work
- Responsible for document filing and maintenance
- Assist in resolving any administrative and accounting problems
- Checking figures, preparing invoices, and recording details of financial transactions made
- Responding and keep track of customers' order
- Handle store order
- Arrange daily delivery schedule
