**Basic Salary**: RM2800 + Allowance
**Position**:Customer Service Executive (Inbound) - Telco
**Location**: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
**Working Day**: 5 days, 2 days off (Rotational Shift)
**Working Hour**: 7AM - 3PM (9 Working hours including 1 hour break)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least SPM or SKM Certification.
- Age group 18 to 55 years old
- Able to speak in Mandarin (Speak only)
- Malaysian

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Regularly contacting customers to ensure their experience with a product or service is satisfactory.
- Direct calls from customers to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure a positive attitude towards customers at all times.
- Possess strong understanding of the company's products.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
- Age Group: 18-55 years old.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
