**OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE - CCTV SURVEILLANCE**

**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **CCTV Surveillance**:_

To carry out active surveillance (Live & Playback) at allocated stores to ensure adherence to expected operational as well as service standards and report any non-compliance to relevant stakeholders.
- Live & Playback Surveillance
- Live Surveillance only
- **Daily Checklists**:_

Timely completion of the Daily checklists and reports for all stores assigned by the Team Lead.
- **Immediate Notification**:_

Ensure immediate communication to the relevant PIC in case any incident of non-compliance is identified.
- **Support Requests**:_

To assist with any other department related support requests from stakeholders in a timely manner.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Min 1-2 years experience in Retail Industry (Store Operations/Audit/Compliance).
- Fresh graduates with a strong motivation to learn and build a career in Luxury Retail are also encouraged to apply.
- Sharp attention to detail and excellent observational skills. Able to maintain focus for continuous surveillance.
- Flexible to work in shifts (if required)
- Fluent English, both in written and spoken.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
