**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for general electrical fitting work and managing daily inspections at the site.
- To perform inspection, repair, maintenance and upgrading on equipment related to building utilities such as electric substations, Switch room, Air-Conditions and Genset in all factory areas.
- Responsible for the effective and efficient maintenance of electrical for all plant equipment, machinery, and appliances.
- Able to read and diagnose electrical and schematic drawings, troubleshoot breakdowns, and carry out corrective action tasks.
- Plan, organize and perform preventive and reactive/corrective maintenance to prevent or to minimize equipment breakdowns and power failures for smooth plant operation.
- Lead and manage a team of technicians to provide effective and reliable support services for all plant equipment, machinery, and appliances.
- Attend to all power, equipment, machinery, and appliance failures and provide upgrading solutions for smooth and continuous plant operation.
- Perform, record daily and periodically (monthly or yearly) inspections, readings, and monitoring of substation/MCC room inspections, HT and LV switchboards, transformers, switch gear, fire pumps and TNB supply.
- Standby and attend genset switching during power failures of equipment breakdowns.
- Ensure that the plant's electrical and mechanical wiring, circuits, installations, and appliances are always in accordance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga, JKKP, and BOMBA requirements and regulations.
- Prepare and submit the daily and monthly M&E reports to the Management with appropriate comments and recommendations.
- Troubleshooting included process instruments and managing contractor during odd hours
- Perform any other duties, that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Good knowledge in electrical design, motors and pumps as well as maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of electrical boards and circuits, pumps and motors.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office.
- Flexible and willing to work beyond normal working hours, including attending to emergency duty calls and making special task arrangements during off-day or after-working hours.
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Applicants with strong analytical, problem-solving skill, result-oriented, hardworking and good leadership skills will have an added advantage.
- Able to work as a team with a positive attitude in mind.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION**:
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
