Responsible to ensure the sales process is smooth & efficient-from sales inquiries, to preparing quotes, to following up o customer sales orders & jobsheet issuances, ensure smooth deliveries and off-hires of products/services.
- Follow up with customers to obtain missing information, answer queries & follow-up on quotes submitted.
- Liaise with the Purchasing/Logistics/Service/Invoicing Departments to ensure timely deliveries of the required items.
- Responsible for the Sales Register-To check data accuracy in Customer’s PURCHASE orders/ CONTRACTS received and our invoices and participate in any meetings with customer when required and attends the bi-monthly internal meetings with the invoicing team.
- Responsible to maintain and update sales and customer records-Maintain proper files for Quotes submitted, Purchase Orders received from customers, Jobsheets, DN, Rental Agreements/Contracts, Off-hire Notes and related sales processing documents.

Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
