Overview

We are seeking a talented and dedicated **IT Executive** to join our team

Join our team as an IT Executive and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our digital infrastructure while contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
Job-Description
- Perform Day to Day Helpdesk responsibilities including but not limited to responding IT request, troubleshooting and new joiner on boarding.
- Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure such as hardware, software and networks.
- Responsible for new equipment or product of security & IT network system set-up and performing preventive maintenance and calibration. (Including project implementation and coordination).
- Basic network/ server setup and troubleshooting.
- Build, configuration and installation of PC related peripherals.
- Maintained IT Hardware, software audit and IT hardware disposal records.
- Provide user guidelines to frequently problems occurred.
- Arrange to mobilize as per ISO procedures.
- May required standby support after office hours during system maintenance.
- Any other hoc tasks assigned by the Superior/Head of Department.

Job requirement
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in the IT environment, with fresh graduates welcome for junior positions.
- Good understanding of network system, network architecture and services.
- Knowledge in managing and supporting clients and server environment.
- Able to multitask, strong analytic mind with good troubleshooting skills.
