**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of electricians and technicians in electrical maintenance and repair work.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and standards.
- Plan and schedule electrical maintenance activities to minimize production downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in machinery, equipment & premises.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests of electrical systems, equipment & premises.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Collaborate with other departments to support production goals and improve operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior staff on electrical practices and safety protocols.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in the steel fabrication or heavy manufacturing industry.
- **Certifications**: Chargeman A1 certification Certificate by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission); additional certifications in electrical safety or maintenance management are a plus.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
