**MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS**

1. Arrange, perform and/or witness inspection and testing.

2. Coordinate with inspection and testing sub-contractors on all matters pertaining to quality control and assurance throughout the project.

3. Visual inspection before and after welding.

4. Monitor pressure test for pipes after installation.

5. Coordinate and compiling all the final inspection report before hand over to the client.

6. Maintain the upkeep of inspection, measuring and testing equipment.

7. Other duties and responsibilities assigned.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & JOB REQUIREMENTS**

1. Possesses CSWIP 3.1 or relevant Certificate in QC/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

2. Possesses at least 3 years of on-site experience in piping & steel fabrication in construction industry related to petrochemical, chemical or refinery.

3. Knowledge of Welding Visual Inspection, Radiography Test Inspection and Penetrant Test Inspection.

4. Must have knowledge of ASME/ASTM/AWS codes and other applicable industry codes and standards.

5. Experience in NDT interpretation is an added advantage.

6. Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 is an added advantage.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM3,400.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
