Job Description:

- Responsible for daily outbound truck planning and scheduling.
- Executing a tracking file of all the outbound deliveries expected for each month
- Tracking of trucks whereabouts
- Standby to resolve logistics team onsite issues
- Contact point for customers and sales team on delivery status
- Fleet maintenance, fuel usage monitoring, Lalamove incharge
- Ensure compliance in order process archiving to ensure document are compliant for audits.
- Any additional adhoc admin support required by the team.
- Assist with any other tasks given by management.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma in Logistic, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience within logistics and transportation areas will be preferred.
- Worked with cross-functional teams in changing environment.
- Brief knowledge of Supply Chain with strong coordination and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of MS Office software
- Team player with sense of urgency and good with details
- Able to manage heavy workflow efficiently and well-organized.

Salary Range: up to RM2,500

We only offer 1 position for this position First come first serve

Working Hour:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm
