- Design and develop innovative, user-centric and pixel perfect UI solutions for digital products.
- Produce design solutions by understanding business objectives while tackling users' pain points.
- Ensure high quality of deliverables while upholding digital branding.
- Coach and mentor junior designers.
- Lead and own the design process throughout the entire design development cycle from discovery, ideation, prototyping to validating the UI after implementation.
- Shape the visual foundation and direction of new initiatives.
- Translate the insights gathered from UX research and workshop outputs into design solutions while taking business objectives into account.
- Consider all user flow scenarios and technical feasibility, architect the information in a simple, intuitive and relevant layout.
- Present design decisions to stakeholders, articulate design concept and complex user flow in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Able to evaluate conflicting feedback and directions, propose solutions by focusing on users’ needs.
- Collaborate with UX Designers in preparing and conducting Usability Testing, identify the solutions based on the findings and incorporate the changes into design.
- Work closely with developers to validate the UI and experience after implementation.
- Be the governance of Design Language System (DLS). Actively contribute and evolve the DLS.
- Perform market research, constantly produce innovative, market leading product experience.
- Actively pursues high quality in accomplishing tasks. Perform quality checks at all stages of delivery.
- Able to work independently including gathering requirements, estimating design effort and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Review junior designers’ deliverables, constantly challenge for outstanding outcome.
- Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in digital design or equivalent.

**Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry)**:

- Min. 5 years of working experience in product development.
- Have solid portfolio, proven and successful record of delivering end-to-end product design.

**Leadership**
- Ability to advocate for ideal user experience and communicate its impact.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, dedicated, organized and result-oriented, with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and oral. Ability to resolve conflicting requests and directions with constructive recommendations/solutions, weighing pros and cons in view of business goals and research findings.
- Team management skills.

- Strong interpersonal and people skill to collaborate in cross-functional settings.

**Technical**
- Proven experience in UI/UX development for multi-platform.
- Detail oriented, strong clean visual design sense.
- Ability to produce digital drawing is a plus.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Cloud etc.
