- Identify and diagnose technical issues or errors, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Offer suitable recommendations based on customers requirements.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Prepare and deliver detailed and timely service reports.
- Prepare and submit quotations to customers.
- Collect information on competitors' products (labels, ribbons, and printers) and outdated printer models.

**Requirements**:

- Strong service orientation.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting skills.
- Possess own transport.
