The R&D Executive is responsible for creating innovative furniture designs, improving existing products, and optimizing manufacturing processes. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing furniture offerings that meet market trends and customer preferences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design innovative furniture pieces aligned with market trends and customer preferences.
- Identify and evaluate new materials to enhance furniture quality and sustainability.
- Translate design concepts into physical prototypes for testing and refinement.
- Collaborate with production teams to improve manufacturing processes.
- Develop testing protocols to ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations.
- Stay updated on furniture design trends and analyze competitor products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align R&D efforts with business goals.
- Able to do programming for cnc machine

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Industrial Design, Engineering, etc.).
- Proficiency in design software like CAD (Computer-Aided Design).
- Creativity, attention to detail, and strong aesthetic sense.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to find innovative solutions.
- Knowledge of furniture materials, manufacturing, and industry trends.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous furniture design or product development experience is a plus.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
