School Guard

Marifah International School is looking for a reliable and responsible **School Guard** to manage daily entry and exit procedures for students, parents, and visitors. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth operations of school access, safety of facilities, and proper coordination with school staff.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and monitor **student entry and exit** at the beginning and end of the school day.
- Welcome and guide **parents and visitors**, coordinating their visits with the appropriate school departments or staff.
- Assist in managing school **events and scheduled visits**, ensuring smooth entry and exit processes.
- Support teachers and staff in organizing the **movement of students** during drop-off, pick-up, and special activities.
- Ensure all **school doors, lights, and air-conditioning units** are properly secured/turned off at the end of the day.
- Open the school in the morning and lock up at the end of the working day.
- Maintain a neat and organized entrance area, providing a welcoming environment for students and visitors.
- Report any issues related to access, facilities, or safety to the school administration promptly.

**Requirements**:

- **Malaysian citizen** (required).
- Responsible and punctual, with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in school operations, administration, or facility supervision is an advantage.

**Working Hours**:
Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 2:45PM

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
