Prior to event day, check all the arrangement that has been made and make sure other related departments adhere to the requirement as per the Event Order.
- Check the meeting room set-up and make sure all setup audio visual equipment is fully functional. If there is any problem, inform the relevant department concerned to rectify the problem.
- Follow up with the department concerned if the problem has been resolved.
- Event personnel are required to meet and greet the organizer upon arrival. Introduce your name, designation and present your business card.
- Run through the event program with organizer especially the rooming list, meal arrangement, timings, sport activities, etc
- Escort the organizer to the Meeting rooms, if available and explain to him on the meeting set up. Introduce him to Banquet Manager or Supervisor as well as the AV Technician.
- Payment must be made by Cash, Credit Card or Bank draft only Event Person to collect it from the clients upon ending of the event
- Present a temporary receipt obtained from Reception counter to the client.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
