Job Responsibility
- Support implementation of cybersecurity controls in accordance with company
policies.
- Implement security improvement and control, respond to IT-related incidents, and
assist with vulnerability remediation.
- Perform day-to-day helpdesk responsibilities including but not limited to responding
to IT requests and troubleshooting.
- Responsible and performing preventive maintenance and calibration on IT network
system.
- Assist in risk assessments and ensure compliance with internal IT governance and
technology risk policies.
- Document project activities, user guides, and implementation plans.
- May be required to standby support after office hours during system maintenance.
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Superior/Head of Department.
Job Requirement
- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in IT system implementation.
- Experience with security measures or EDR tools (e.g.: SIEM, Trellix etc.).
- Familiar with cybersecurity best practices, backup tools, and endpoint protection.
- Experience in managing IT solutions, coordinating with vendors, and understanding
cybersecurity fundamentals.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
