Craft Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced **Craft Supervisor** to lead daily operations in our dynamic furniture manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in woodworking processes and machinery, combined with strong leadership skills and a commitment to quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all production floor activities.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff.
- Monitor quality standards and implement QC procedures.
- Ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
- Troubleshoot issues with production, materials, and equipment.
- Optimize workflow, efficiency, and resource usage.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Collaborate across departments and drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably 2 years of experience in furniture manufacturing.
- Proficiency in woodworking machinery and techniques.
- Supervisory or leadership experience in a factory setting.
- Strong understanding of quality control and workplace safety.
- Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use basic computer tools.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
