He / She will be assisting the on the day to day operations of the kitchen ensuring compliance to standard safety and sanitation while delivering an excellent service for customer satisfaction. THE JOB: Assist the head chef and other cooks in cooking/preparing items from the menu by following standard procedures and recipes. Ensure all food and other items are stored properly at appropriate temperatures Handling multiple food orders at one time Help to prepare food before the arrival of the guests for special arrangement/ reservation Cleans food preparation areas and maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen Preparing ingredients for shift; washing vegetables, chopping, seasoning meat, etc. Utensils to be sanitized at the end of the shift Cleans up after business hours WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR: At least 1-2 years related experience Hygiene course certification Required to work on Friday, weekend & Public Holidays Be able to work in a team-based & fast paced environment Experience with cold menu, preparation for vegetable, all the ingredients BE ONE OF THE BEST BE THE BEST BE PART OF INITIA APPLY NOW
