**Responsibilities**:

- Generate new leads by identifying potential prospects via multiple channels, both online and offline
- Assist in developing new strategies for acquiring new clients
- Advise appropriate products and services professionally by understanding the needs of clients and their financial status
- Prepare quotes on proposed coverage plans to prospects
- Establish strong rapport with current clients by maintaining a high level of after sales service and prompt response
- Maintain accurate records of both prospects and current clients
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and regulations and how they will affect the insurance industry
- Attend both Prudential and agency meetings; Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field
- Having Sales / Business background would be an added advantage
- Minimum 1-year working experience in any field
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with people of all backgrounds
- Self-motivated, proactive and accountable individual with soft skills
- Passionate, ambitious, willing to step out of your comfort zone and eager to learn
