**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other online channels.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media and online platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare performance reports.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize SEO / SEM strategies to increase traffic.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other marketing team members to achieve campaign goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Good understanding of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO/SEM principles.
- Strong communication and writing skills in English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and insights.
- Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently under mínimal supervision.
