Roles Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound call, live chat enquiry in a timely manner.
- Make an outbound call to customer to settle the enquiry / complaint.
- Make an outbound call to client's person in charge to settle customer's complaint.
- Provide accurate information to customer's enquiry.
- Key in all incoming inquiry / complaint into system.
- Create a daily summary report at the end of the day.
- Do data entry, data verification upon client's ad hoc project.
**Requirements**:
- SPM holder or above.
- At least 1 year of call centre experience. Call Centre Agent from retail background is preferred.
- Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good attitude, interpersonal skill and customer service skill.
- Willing to work on shift hours and has own transport to travel.
- Willing to work on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday.
- prefer can start work immediately
