**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Safely transport the Director to and from various locations, including the office, meetings, appointments, and events.
- Plan and schedule driving routes to ensure punctuality and efficiency.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good working condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Perform regular vehicle maintenance tasks, such as refueling, oil changes, and tire checks.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Ensure the safety and security of the Director and the vehicle at all times.
- Assist the Director with loading and unloading personal belongings as needed.
- Provide a high level of customer service, addressing the Director's needs and preferences during transportation.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the Director's activities and conversations.
- Communicate effectively with the Director and company staff to coordinate schedules and changes in plans.
- Stay updated with current traffic and road conditions to avoid delays.
- Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, expenses, and any incidents that occur during transportation.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a personal or executive driver, with a strong track record of safe driving.
- Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and road regulations.
- Familiarity with the area and efficient route planning abilities.
- Professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with the Director and company personnel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organized.
- Physical ability to assist with loading/unloading personal belongings if required.
- Neat and presentable appearance.

**Preferred Qualifications (optional)**:

- Experience working as a personal driver for high-level executives or company directors.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Driver: 6 years (preferred)

License/Certification:
