IT Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven IT Executive to join our team and support our growing IT infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware systems.
- Oversee software and hardware installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure system security, data backup, and disaster recovery procedures are in place.
- Provide technical support to staff and resolve any IT-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and security.
- Maintain and manage user accounts, permissions, and network security.
- Collaborate with other departments to align IT strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare and manage IT-related budgets and cost reports.
- Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies and recommend solutions that can enhance business operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma /Degree in IT Technology, Computer Science or other related fields.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in network and system administration.
- Strong analytic skill Proficiency with Windows environment is a must.
- Good understating of TCP/IP, Firewalls, IPsec Site-to-Site VPN, SSL VPN.
- Familiar with NAS, SAN and other enterprise grade storage solutions is a plus.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Able to work after office hours and weekends as and when needed.
