Planner (Facility)

**Your Contribution**:

- Responsible in facility & equipment schedule maintenance in a way that minimizes the utilities equipment & machines equipment downtime and impact on plant & production.
- Work hand in hand with production and technicians to plan/carry out maintenance activities without any delaying.
- Maximizing operating profit and equipment reliability through using planned maintenance most effectively.
- Plan schedule corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority level.
- Provide technical and engineering support as per the requirements of mechanical and electrical maintenance in-term of major machine overhaul / parts improvement / parts replacement, cost & quality.
- Align with engineer in developing predictive & preventive maintenance (PM) schedule, inspect & maintain equipment based on PM schedule to determine problems and necessary maintenance which under area of responsibility and escalate to vendors as and when needed.
- Participate in coordination of improvement projects (e.g. renovations, machine modification / relocation)
- Check the manual form of corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance activities and update into SAP system.
- Provide internal training to enhance the team's technical knowledge as well as employees' motivation. Any other work/project assigned by your superior(s) from time to time.

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or any other related fields with some years of working experience.
- Technical diploma with 5 years-related experiences.
- Experience in equipment maintenance and supervisory activities.
- Teamwork, good attitude and aptitude towards work.
- Minimum 5 years in maintenance.
- Excellent understanding of mechanical systems / electrical system.
- Good understanding on how to read & draw mechanical drawing / wiring diagram.
