**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Stellar Dental’s services, increase brand awareness and acquire new patients
- Lead and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., digital, social media, print, events)
- Manage the company’s marketing budget and ensure it is allocated effectively
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials including ad creatives, brochures, flyers, and social media content
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for new growth strategies
- Monitor and report all marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions to improve future efforts
- Lead and monitor the marketing team, ensuring continuous growth and development
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s overall goals

**REQUIREMENT**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the healthcare or service industry.
- Proven track record in lead generation and conversion.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns and organic content strategies.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Leadership experience in managing marketing teams and cross-functional collaborations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
