Content Creator

We are seeking a creative and talented Content Creator to join our dynamic hospitality group that owns multiple F&B brands across bakeries, cafes, restaurants, and bars. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and producing visually stunning and engaging content that reflects our unique brand identity and tells our story to a wider audience. Your primary focus will be on creating high-quality photography and videography, as well as designing graphics for social media, digital platforms, and occasionally food packaging.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating innovative and exciting content, has a strong understanding of lighting and photography techniques, and is proficient in video editing and social media content trends.

You will be working with brand managers and creative designers within the Marketing & Creative department of Kenny Hills Hospitality Group to execute specific types of content for our various brands. We are a team of creatives that take pride in the organic and in-house content we create. This means we expect someone who holds themselves to the highest standards when submitting deliverables. Roles & responsibilities
- Work with brand managers to create visually stunning and engaging content for social media, websites, and digital platforms, including photography, videography, and graphics.
- Propose ideas for and produce engaging video content for social media and ads
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and visual style that is consistent across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative collaterals for campaigns and promotions that align with business objectives.
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into content creation strategies.
- Manage the entire content creation process, from ideation to production and post-production.
- Edit and optimize visual content to ensure that it is high-quality, on-brand, and meets the needs of various marketing channels and platforms.
- Develop and manage a content creation calendar in line with the brands managers’ monthly content plan to ensure that all content is published on a regular and consistent basis.
- Work closely with chefs and restaurant staff to showcase food and beverage offerings in a visually appealing and enticing manner.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content across all marketing channels, and use insights to inform future content creation strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest photography and videography techniques and tools, and continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, photography, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a content creator, preferably in the hospitality or food industry.
- Strong portfolio of work showcasing high-quality photography, videography, and graphic design skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Capcut
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders, including chefs, restaurant staff, and marketing teams.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for creating engaging content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under tight deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Passion for the hospitality and food industry and a creative mindset to develop innovative and compelling content.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

**Experience**:
