**Job description**

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure all safety and health practices adhere to company policies and local government regulations.
- Liaison with the local statutory bodies (DOSH, CIDB, etc.) to ensure ongoing compliance and address relevant issues.
- Prepare detailed reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management as necessary.
- Create and manage reports and checklists required by clients and local authorities
- Investigating accidents, perilous incidents, and workplace-related diseases.
- Conduct safety training sessions and workshops for employees and subcontractors.
- Develop and update training materials and resources to enhance safety awareness and compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols.
- Work closely with the project team to address site security, health, safety, and cleanliness issues.

**Requirements**:

- Certified and registered Safety & Health Officer with DOSH / JKKP (Green Book Holder).
- Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree (Environment / Health / Safety) or its equivalent.
- Familiar with OSHA regulations & requirements.
- Knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Construction Industry: 1 year (preferred)
