**1.** **Primary job function**

1.1 To perform various machine set-up upon requested by production.

1.2 To perform audit, trouble shoot and maintenance of all equipment.

1.3 To perform change of model as per planning schedule.

1.4 To optimize the program as to achieve well balance cycle time.

1.5 To attend the machine immediately when break down and change model.

1.6 To monitor the machine performance during operation.

1.7 To operate the machine as requested by superior.

**2. Duties and responsibilities**

2.1 Shall assist the Engineer / Asst. Engineer in carry out job as instructed.

2.2 Shall assist other department / section when there is a need.

2.3 Shall carry out all periodic maintenance as per schedule and update the checklist promptly.

2.4 Shall follow up on any outstanding issue need monitoring continuously.

2.5 Responsible to feedback any difficulty to repair or beyond repair to Assistant Engineer / Engineer.

2.6 Responsible to keep inventory and control of the golden sample with latest version.

2.7 Responsible to keep the work place clean and tidy always aware of safety requirement.

2.8 Responsible to training used of equipment, tools, jigs and fixture for production operation.

2.9 Responsible to ensure that the testing jig and fixture are good quality and presentable for production used.

2.10 Responsible to ensure the completion of product testing samples on time for delivery as committed.

2.11 To achieve PCBA objectives such as downtime, conversion time and quality.

2.12 Able to perform shift work when required

**3.** **Qualification**:
Certificate Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) in Electrical

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
