Music Academy Administrator

**Responsibilities**
- Develop a positive, welcoming and caring climate in the Front Office. You are the first face clients are likely to see each day so a friendly manner is essential.
- Answer phone calls in a pleasant, informed manner for the purpose of providing information and creating a good image of the school.
- Ensure smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
- Present policies and regulations to parents and students.
- Ensure the studio is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
- Manage student registrations and class scheduling.
- Prepare bills, take payments and send tuition reminders
- Keep record of enrolment, waiting list.
- Actively enrol students and promote retention.
- Assist in planning and arranging events.
**Requirements**:
- Able to work on Monday-Friday (11.30am-8.30pm)
- Customer service attitude
- Willing to show initiative
- Being a team player
- Computer literacy
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Attention to details
- Excellent organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good Command in English and Mandarin
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
COVID-19 considerations:
All the customers are required to wear a mask, sanitize/clean hands, keep a safe distance, common surfaces are sanitized regularly.
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)
**Language**:
- English and Mandarin (required)
