**Responsibilities**:
1.Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

2.aligning to the business strategies

3.Maintain an accurate database.

4. To propose and plan for merchandise strategic launch, promotions & pricing strategy

5. To prepare sales forecasts, budget and sales performance analysis reports.

6. Execute promotions strategy, seasonal campaign launch to support sales forecast at various platforms

**Inventory**

**1) **Take charge of inventory forecast for basic SKUs and promotional SKUs and to work on inventory turnover ratio report

**2) **To implement corrective measures for slow moving merchandise and to take charge of stock allocation to various platforms.

**Requirement**:
**Experience within a Home Décor, furniture, retail store**
- Passionate in home furnishing industry will be an advantage
- Required Skill(s): Leadership, Sales & Marketing, Training, Management, Presentation, Problem solving and Negotiation skill
- Specialized in Merchandising and familiar with Sales & Promotional mechanic and execution to Operations staffs at selling floor

**Must to travel**

**Mandarin speaking will be in advantage**

**Qualification**

Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree

**Years of experience**

**Minimum 2 Year(s) of experience in same field**

**Benefit**:

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
