1) Manage Workforce: Supervise and allocate tasks to the site workforce; ensuring efficient utilization of resources.

2) Monitor Work Progress: Regularly monitor and inspect the work progress to ensure compliance with project specifications.

3) Asset Management and Material Arrangement: Responsible for taking care of company vehicles and machinery, as well as managing material arrangement for project.

4) Project Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with project manager to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.

5) Communication and Reporting: Provide regular progress reports, including work updates, issues, and milestones.

Requirement:

- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
- Have experience in civil work for Outside & Inside Plant is added advantage
- Have experience in fiber work (pulling, splicing, testing) for Outside & Inside Plant is added advantage
- Able to work overtime & travel outside Penang if required
- Must be team player with good attitudes
- Have valid B2 & D license.
- With Strong communication skills and execution abilities.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Fresh graduated are welcome.
- Able to work in a team as well as independently.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
