Lv Chargeman

**REQUIREMENT(S)**:

- Able to work on shift operation
- Experience working in Data Centre or Critical facilities environment is an added advantage
- Hands-on skill on electrical works in troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing of electrical installations and equipment
- Strong troubleshooting skill and ability to understand circuit diagrams
- Applicant must be willing to work in Cyberjaya, Selangor

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Perform 24
- 7 onsite support on preventive and predictive maintenance, trouble shooting and corrective maintenance, work order scheduling, project execution, system operation and inspection.

2. Exposed to Low Voltage competency electrical system, Generator set, firefighting system, equipment and machinery, Uninterruptible Power Supply - UPS, HVAC System, ELV System, and up to Data Centre Managed services support.

3. Accountable to performing with HV Chargeman in daily CSF Data Centre business operation.

4. Performing, coordinate and execute in house upgrading, fit out works and others related project assigned.

5. Performing monthly power consumption reading (PCR) for kWH billing and Energy Report use.

6. Accountable in preparing and issuing bill of quantities, tender, obtain management approval, coordination and supervision for any repair maintenance require. (ID work, M&E and C&S).

7. To ensure compliance with all the relevant Malaysian laws and standard.

8. Liaise with utilities providers such as TNB, DOSH and government regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues.

9. Respond, supervise and attend to breakdown within stipulated time, SLA as agreed with tenants.

10. Upkeep the SLD, layout drawing and inventory list for equipment and consumable item.

11. Ensure at all time, understand and follow the Standard Operating Procedure for business operation needs.

12. Execute any other responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
