**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Team Leadership & Management**
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales operations analysts or coordinators.
- Assign tasks, track performance, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

**Sales Process Optimization**
- Streamline sales workflows to boost efficiency and productivity.
- Identify and remove bottlenecks in the sales cycle.

**Reporting & Analytics**
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to guide strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
- Provide insights on performance trends, pipeline health, and forecasting.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to align on goals.
- Support new tools, systems, and process rollouts across sales teams.
- Serve as the link between sales and support functions.

**Systems & Tools Management**
- Manage CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and maintain data accuracy.
- Help evaluate and implement new sales tools or technologies.
- Train team members and sales staff on system use and best practices.

**Sales Support**
- Assist with territory planning, incentives, and quota setting.
- Oversee order processing, contract management, and pricing approvals.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in sales operations, with at least 2 to 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
