Vacancy available for:
**ADMIN/ RECEPTIONIST**
**JOB SCOPE**
**Student Enrollment**: Assist students with registration and enrollment procedures.
**Student Recruitment**: Developing and implementing strategies to attract prospective students to drive enrollment growth.
**Communication**: Handle inquiries from students, parents, and prospective clients. Provide information about courses, schedules, and fees.
**Scheduling**:Manage class schedules and coordinate with teachers, ensuring they run efficiently.
**Billing and Payments**: Process tuition fees, issue invoices, and track payments.
**Classroom Support**: Ensure classrooms are set up with the necessary material equipment. Assist teachers with any classroom-related needs.
**Assessment and Testing**: Coordinate and administer student assessments, exams, and evaluations. Keep records of student progress and performance.
**Student Services**: Address student concerns and provide guidance on academic matters. Assist with placement tests and course selection.
**Administrative Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on student enrollment, attendance, and other relevant data.
**General Office Tasks**:Perform typical office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies, cleanliness etc.
**Quality Assurance**: Ensure that the center operates in compliance with educational regulations and quality standards.
**REQUIREMENT**
- 1 - 2 years relevant experience
- Diploma / Degree
- Good English proficiency
- Friendly and love to meet new people
- Able to work efficiently and independently
- Possess D license/ have own transport
- Willing to work on weekends & in Seremban
- Good administrative & communication skills
