**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- To ensure that the amount of stock which has been keyed into the computer is equally to the amount of stock that available in the store.
- To ensure that classified stock has been placed in the exact location according to the computer system in short, labelling system must be carried out.
- To check with storekeeper and make sure every issuing item, part number and stock quantity are correctly listed out.
- Check the store card and the stock issue note to verify the stock quantity is correctly updated.
- Update the computer system according system to the Stock Issue Note.
- Preparing Yearly Stock Report to be hand over to account department.
- All the Stock Report will be kept as a softcopy for future reference.
- To implement and ensure the compliance of company quality system i.e. ISO 9001:2015.
- Performs other related duties incidental to work described herein and/or other functions which are logical assignments to the position.

**Job Requirement**:

- Good in project implementation and execution of shipbuilding.
- Resourceful, initiative, independent and willing to work under pressure.
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written).
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Ein out with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working Location: Kuala Baram, Miri.
